Ok, I'll assume it is a bug (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TAP5-1330
)

Is there anyway to use the @Import annotation to add a stylesheet that isn't
a local asset--as in a page that is rendering as css instead of HTML. If
there is a way to @Import a stylesheet that is on a remote server, it would
probably work, but I can't seem to find a way to do that. Is it possible?
