i had ported it to Tapestry 5.2.0 ( http://github.com/andyhot/tapestry5-jquery/tree/tap-5.2 you'll also need http://github.com/andyhot/tapestry5-clientresources/tree/tap-5.2 ) and then used it to port tapestwitter from prototype into jquery ( see http://github.com/andyhot/tapestwitter )
I didn't encounter any problems - i think the biggest task was rewriting a javascript file used in tapestwitter so that it stopped using prototype functions. Having said that, i'm not sure how smoothly this can go when porting much bigger projects - but it should be hassle-free for new ones. On another note, i haven't tried it with T5.2.1 ( but it's on my todo list ) On Wed, Oct 20, 2010 at 10:04, iberck <ibe...@gmail.com> wrote: > > > Anyone has tested http://github.com/got5/tapestry5-jquery for integrate > jquery with tapestry5? > I want to use it in production but I'm not sure > > Thanks in advance > -- > View this message in context: > http://tapestry.1045711.n5.nabble.com/Tapestry5-Got5-JQuery-experiences-tp3228056p3228056.html > Sent from the Tapestry - User mailing list archive at Nabble.com. > > --------------------------------------------------------------------- > To unsubscribe, e-mail: users-unsubscr...@tapestry.apache.org > For additional commands, e-mail: users-h...@tapestry.apache.org > > -- Andreas Andreou - andy...@apache.org - http://blog.andyhot.gr Tapestry PMC / Tacos developer Open Source / JEE Consulting --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: users-unsubscr...@tapestry.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: users-h...@tapestry.apache.org
