It's absolutely impossible. Tapestry is all about static structure and
dynamic behaviour. Use the Delegate component instead.
I need to choose the layout by onActivate parameter.
Depending on what you need, CSS solves your problems. If not, some use of
the If and Delegate components plus blocks will probably do.
