Looks nice; you guys have been very busy! I'm a little surprised at the amount of web.xml configuration; I don't know enough about the JBoss code, but it seems like something that could be handled using a contribution to the HttpServletRequest pipeline, and not require web.xml configuration to work, just drop it in and run. But I'm likely missing some details.
