Hey Dmitry,

I found out that the GAE dev_appserver.sh script runs KickStart which will add 
the javaagent automatically. To NOT include a javaagent I had to remove that 
command from the script. Then the only way I could get it to see the 
replacement AppEngineDevAgent was to create a jar and include in via the 
-javaagent VM argument. Now it's finally working. Your blog was incredibly 
useful. Thanks for your help!

I believe this is due to javaassist 3.11, try to revert this jar to version
3.9
