+1 for Tapestry IoC, which is without a doubt a masterfully written piece of software, IoC is of course not unique to Tapestry, but the intuitiveness of the container, the ease of configuration, and the freedom from XML are surely worth a mention.

There are many, but live class reloading (big productivity boost) and the very small amount of code needed to write almost anything in Tapestry are maybe the biggest one.
