Hi, The plugin is still in alpha stage. I am writing some support documentation and it will be available soon.
If you want to test the plugin, open any t5 project. Right click on the project, and you will see an option "Add/Remove Tapestry nature". Select that option, and make sure that the Tapestry builder is added to your project (you can see that in the project properties). Next, clean the project, and open any tml file. You should see the autocompletion of component and parameters. Also there is a functionality that allows you to switch between a component class and your template (similar to loom-t5).
