As far as I know, I cannot put the @CommitAfter method in one IoC service and have its calls wrapped in a transaction, just components and pages methods. If I'm wrong, I'll use Tapestry-Hibernate. If not, I'm still waiting to have time to write Tapestry-Transaction. :) And I wouldn't even need much time, as Tapestry IoC aspect-oriented support is amazingly simple and powerful. ;)
Reading the Tapestry-Hibernate, I've found that I was wrong. The last time I've read it, there was not mention of the HibernateTransactionDecorator. Nice! Just one comment: could we annotate the method implementation in a concrete class instead of annotating the service method (in the interface)? -- Thiago H. de Paula Figueiredo Independent Java consultant, developer, and instructor Consultor, desenvolvedor e instrutor em Java http://www.arsmachina.com.br/thiago --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
