Correction: I created a very basic implementation of a form in this same
app, using the precise same pattern, and it did invoke the doPerformSearch(
IRequestCycle ) method when the form was submitted, as it was before with
the "big form". It has to be something funny about this particular form;
perhaps there's some kind of client-side validation that is screwing
everything up?
