OK, that was pretty dim of me, since changing the css is as simple as
overriding the css in /<app>/assets/5.0.15/tapestry/default.css
You can also completely replace the default Tapestry CSS file using the
tapestry.default-stylesheet configuration symbol, so just your CSS is
downloaded. If you end up overriding all or almost all default.css
definitions, this could be a better approach.
