what about a small readme file that describes, how to start it, e.g. context directory, whether any additional libs are necessary (cglib.jar?), etc....and whether you are supposed to run the war file or directly the directory of the files etc...? And should you start exploder.xml or build.xml first ? I guess build.xml ?
