prototype 1.6.0.2

Hi Guys,

Does anyone know what's happening with 1.6.0.2? I understand T5 uses
1.6.0.1because there are some issues in
1.6.0.2 but I was hoping to use the prototip tooltip library which needs
1.6.0.2
