Yes, I tried the jetty plugin for eclipse but it didn't work too well so I played around with the maven plugin and managed to get it working nicely with eclipse. The other nice thing is that because most of the config is in pom.xml its easy for new team members to get started ... i.e. check out the source code, run mvn eclipse:eclipse, import the project and away you go!
