Hi! I decided to reply to this old thread, I didn't find any newer ones on this subject.
I miss a "vanilla service" that reads a file from the server and streams it to the client. This is a very natural part of a web project, and it's hard for me to understand why there isn't a simple extendible default for this built into the newer version of Tapestry. Does anyone have a simple code sample with java and configuration for a file download service available?
