actually, with any luck stripped down versions might also be useful
within FBJS (facebook javascript). It's worth a try.

full js frameworks like dojo for example are great for apps that are on a
single page,
but for a app that goes from page to page, this becomes a problem.
I've made a prototype.js replacement that is stripped to minimum, and

works well.
I've wanted to contribute this to project, but pretty busy in last two
months.
