Solved! Devil lives on details, In fact it was just an eclipse mess.
1) In my output source folder src/main/resources the excluded flag was set to ** thus the tml files where not placed to the target directories. 2) Sudendly my eclipse working directory started to complain about a: "The project was not built due to "A resource exists with a different case:…" well a package contained an upercassed word that prevented in some circumstances to make the build.
