Dealing with special characters like ñ ó ç and so one i found out that I must install the following patch
http://wiki.apache.org/tapestry/Tapestry5Utf8Encoding wich I did with hope & pleasure For a while problems seamed solved but few days later working on another page I get the same troubles as before, that is writing a foreing character in a form gets posted in an akward coding in the server amounting all into a mess....I can't understand why some fields in some pages work with no problems at all whereas others can't deal with the characters...the request filter for utf seems to be called the same number of times but.... More over , in the templates I can't use those speciall characters, tapestry can't even render them, I guess it's just a matter of including some directive or header in the html. Thanks to any who can give me the path.... -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/T5-UTF-encoding-tp17739633p17739633.html Sent from the Tapestry - User mailing list archive at Nabble.com. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
