Hi Lakshitha,

the event handler Methods for Submit-Buttons end with "ed". See this for an 
example 
(http://tapestry.apache.org/tapestry5/tapestry-core/ref/org/apache/tapestry/corelib/components/Submit.html)
 rename your methods to:
onSelectedFromUpload()
onSelectedFromNext()

That should fix it.
