Howard, Massimo and everyone, I have just got my copies of the book and was very unpleasantly surprised. I knew that the editorial work wasn't perfect, but I wasn't ready to this. What I noticed first was the note about Maven 2.0.5 that I have removed in one of the very first drafts - and now I found it in the printed book! I guess there are many more surprises like this despite all the efforts of my own and of the reviewers to get the book right. I just hope that all this mess will not make the book unreadable, but it is so annoying to see the rubbish you have removed months ago.
Okay, what can I say? If I ever write anything else, I will choose the publisher more thoroughly...
