enctype="multipart/form-data" cause encoding problem in Chinese!

Hi, folks.
    I'm a Chinese user and using tapestry 5.0.6 + jdk5
    I found setting the form attribute
enctype="multipart/form-data"(when upload a file) will cause text
encoding problem in Chinese.

    Any Idea?
