well tapestry team is doing this on trunk. If you want to submit code I
think the best way to do it would be to open an issue in the jira issue
tracker for tapestry 4 and attach a diff of "your" version with latest tag
and/or current trunk.

Just to confirm my knowledge about svn managment (not about Tapestry) :
Usually if we want to correct bugs for a released version (which has a
Tah) we create a Branche and leave the Trunk for the next version, isn'it
?
