AssetExternaliser in 4.1.2

Hi List,

In Tapestry 3, there was the ability to externalize assets on the web 
server to avoid contention on the Tomcat instance. Apparently this 
feature does not exist anymore.

Is this something I've missed, or a requirement for V4 ?
