Doxia's bug. That maven plugin generates <a name="org.apache.tapestry.corelib.base.AbstractTextField"> org.apache.tapestry.corelib.base.AbstractTextField</a> markup for sections and then references it as <a href="#org.apache.tapestry.corelib.base.abstracttextfield"> AbstractTextField</a> which is lowercase... No wonder that IE doesn't notice the difference ;)
