I gave up on the JettyLauncher for now. I cannot figure it out. However, on a good note. I did move my pages to WEB-INF and launching the app from the command line using mvn jetty:run now works fine. I guess that will take care of reloading the pages when I save in Eclipse. I haven't figured out how to do the same with components as they cannot exist under WEB-INF.... but this is a start
