I remember some kind of problem related to this. It's been fixed in 4.1.2.

("employeeSelectionBox_avail"));
tapestry.palette.selectAll(dojo.byId('employeeSelectionBox'));
}
but this function is never called.
Does anyone have an idea what's wrong on this?
