@DirtyFormWarning missing from Tacos 4.1.0-SNAPSHOT

I've just realised that @DirtyFormWarning is (currently) gone from Tacos
4.1.0-SNAPSHOT. 
I'd be very grateful for any hints on how you worked around this - or
what the difficulty was in porting this one.
