Sorry to bring this up again, but I was too quick with my positive feedback, although it IS better than before ;). There are still problems which the workaround doesn't catch:

Otherwise we've to go back to 4.1.1 for the time being, unfortunately. But I'll try from time to time when I feel like it ...
