Jep, we are using MyEclipse together with Tapestry 4.

Just install the Plugin and create a Webproject without adding the Tapestry 
"nature" to this project. Than add the necessary tapestry libraries into the 
<Project>/WebRoot/WEB-INF/lib directory and add the web.xml entries by 
hand. That's it!
