Yes: Ixe's bank portal is done in Tap3, also they have a really big Customer Assistance System build on Tapestry.

While I'm no direct committer for that project, I think I've seen some people from there on the list. This system handles a huge traffic and runs on top of the bank's LAN, and from what I've seen, it does it very smoothly. Perhaps someone can update us on that.
