I have a page, with a javascript:

In the page, i tell the javascript: <input type="button"
onClick="javascript:openPopup(1)" value="LOV">

How can I add parameters to the ListValues.page in javascript?
I want to add a parameter like this: "app/ListValues&startValue=1"
