Looks like a good technical environment to me. Lots of good signs. I'd
contemplate working there if I lived in Boston. (which I don't ;) )

To be honest that job description is only half the picture. We also do a
lot of:
- Testing using TDD (and HtmlUnit)
- Tapestry 4
- Hibernate
- Agile/iterative development including peer programming and code
reviews
