Yes, that's the same problem I'm having. Is it supposed to be open for checkout? The project page said "The source can be checked out anonymously from SVN with this command:

svn checkout http://svn.javaforge.com/svn/tapestry/tapernate/trunk tapernate"


so I assumed I would be able to get it.
