Hmm....I've been sending you SVN url's on and off all day.

Tapestry4 trunk would probably be easiest since it gets built via maven2.
(if you wanted to build it for some reason). The examples/everything else
are all in there.

gzipped package from there.  And... Not a .java file to be found.  No source
code.  No indication of where to find the source either.

Hmmmm.  I'm in a gripe-y mood, but it does seem like I detect a pattern
here.
