The possible way to solve your problem is to skip error. Form listener method must use validation delegate object to test if there was an errors in form, and if there was, then you must return null and page will be viewed with error messages. But you can test those errors by your self. For example, if there is no need to check text component, but it contains error, then you can continue normal listener behavior. Or you can use text component without validators and test it in listener and there will be error, you will need to modify validation delegate and return null. P.S.
