eachEntry is the component id used in HTML .... eg ........... <span
jwcid="eachEntry">

<binding name="class" value="beans.evenOdd.next"/> will generate a class
attribute with alternating "even" and "odd" for each row.

<tr class="odd">
<tr class="even">
<tr class="odd">
... and so on.
