You need to specify the meta-key
org.apache.tapestry.page-class-packages
in .application. Something like :
<meta key="org.apache.tapestry.page-class-packages">
math.pages,math.pages.exception,math.pages.users,
math.pages.lectureVoting,math.pages.lectureVoting.admin,
math.pages.lectureVoting.admin.module,
math.pages.lectureVoting.vote
</meta>
