I must say I like Dwi Ardi Irawan's logo for three main reasons.

I sort of like the basic T logo, this one is along the same lines. another brainstorm: take a weave pattern like old windows background, but highlight a few bits of the weave to have a T come out of it. Basically take the current logo, but add a weave pattern in the background in very light grey..
