I'm not sure if the Subversion project is able to answer your questions -
I'm not even sure if it is acceptable by ASF regulations to suggest
specific external vendors due to our requirement of being unbiased and
vendor neutral.

The Subversion website has a page with links to binary packages (see
https://subversion.apache.org/packages.html). This is probably a good
starting point, but there may be additional vendors not listed on this page.
