I was thinking 0.001 informative, like BAYES_20 and _40 have. My error, apologies.

I'm surprised that "insufficient data" is biased towards spam, but perhaps that's based on an assumption that a properly trained Bayes will reliably detect your regular hammy message traffic and anything it doesn't recognize is therefore probably a new form of spam it hasn't been trained on yet.
