Going through some of my spam traps this morning, I notice that last
night's update apears to have set RCVD_IN_MSPIKE_H2 to -2.638, which
seems way too aggressive for a pool of IPs that includes hotmail,
yahoo, aol, etc.

I've adjusted the score in my local rules to be:
score RCVD_IN_MSPIKE_H2 0 -0.001 0 -0.001
which I think matches its value before this weekend.

I see it changes to -0.883 some time in the last few days (over the
weekend), with the larger change happening overnight last night.
Is there a place to quickly see what scoring changes have been made in
each update? I looked at ruleqa, but all I see are results for set 0,
while DNSBL rules only have scores for set 1 or 3.
