Is required some correction on my local.cf configuration file ?

Warnings can generally be ignored, but it's usually a good idea to clean
them up so that actual problems don't get lost in the noise.
What probably happened is local score overrides were set for rules that
have since been removed, obsoleted, etc.
It wouldn't hurt to check your local.cf for scores being set for those
rules, and comment them out to make the warning go away.
