sa-compile have no effect without
ifplugin Mail::SpamAssassin::Plugin::Rule2XSBody enabled
so when running sa-update it could warn if that plugin is enabled
remember to use sa-compile :=)
if sa-compile is runnined, and that plugin is disabled it could ward
remember to enable it
