What kind of DNS issues? I lease a server from Peer1 and use their name servers.
don't do that - just install a *recursing* local resolver like unbound and point only to 127.0.0.1 - anything else won't work for a inbound mailserver because you hit RBL limits when you share the nameserver with a unknown amount of other people
