You probably run sa-update too early -
As your log lacks last update version it's hard to tell..

head /var/lib/spamassassin/4.000000/updates_spamassassin_org.cf
# UPDATE version 1720887

but usually there are daily score-updates what didn't happen for more than two weeks now!
