It's the default DNS for enom and it's resellers e.g. namecheap's .com
domains.
and since ENOM is preferred for those that use whmcs or is it whcms -
whoever, which is just about every second webhosting/VPN company on the
planet, so FP's are guaranteed, whoisguard though is an entirely
different matter.
