There's not much that can be done about this other than rescore or remove it entirely. It's picking up on the combination of FREEMAIL_FROM and a missing "From" header. Since most clients allow recipient addresses to be all BCC, it's not necessarily looking for anything that's malformed, or particularly unusual, it's just playing the percentages.
