No BAYES rule hits at all. Either you haven't trained enough spam *and ham* for Bayes to start scoring messages, or Amavis is using a different Bayes database than the one you are training.
As others have noted, you should set up a local recursing (not forwarding) DNS server for your mail system to use, so that you avoid URIBL_BLOCKED.
