This is just a warning.

Unfortunately this can't be hidden from the parser using
  if version > 3.004000
as the parser will still try to parse stuff inside the false branch of a conditions.

I underestimated the reaction to having such a warning emitted. I will disable that rule until the perl_version catability is offically released.
