From source, but 3.4.0 was working fine until yesterday.
Did you upgrade your system version of perl?
I would like run cpan to install some of the modules to see if the
dependencies can be fixed?
I would start with
cpan Crypt::OpenSSL::RSA and see if you don't find a bunch of module
dependencies.
