It is indeed *possible* to reject all .eu and .link senders that way.

Whether it's a *good idea* is another matter. There are plenty of legitimate organisations that have .eu addresses, so you might end up rejecting messages that your users wanted to receive.

I imagine that there are also legitimate users of the recently-created .link TLD though I wouldn't be surprised to find rather fewer false positives from blocking that.
